At the Artist Talk with Aleksandra Kuzmanović, we talked about painting on the contemporary scene. About the in-between space that young artists find themselves in after completing their studies, as well as what the quality of life would be like if they were currently living solely from their artistic work.

And why doesn't a day last 32 hours?!

Aleksandra Kuzmanović is currently completing her master's degree in painting at the Academy of Arts, University of Banja Luka. She has won several awards in the field of painting. She has been exhibiting independently since her third year of undergraduate studies, and has so far presented her work in fifteen group and nine solo exhibitions.

Artist Talk is important in order to articulate the situations that artists in our region face. We talk about the creative process, the position of artists in today's time, more precisely on the cultural and artistic scene today, the possibilities of art as a means for social change, but also about the experience of oneself in such a position.

The conversation was led by artist Isidora Brankovic.

This event is supported by the Public Competition for Audience Development of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republika Srpska.
