FEASIBILITY STUDIES.: pictures,
gouache on paper, 42×32 cm, different dimensions, 2020-24.
The painted scenes depict urban views as the artist travels from his home to work and back, through the urban landscape of Berlin
with whom he normally does not meet physically in his free time.
All images represent the same concept and seek an explanation of how the terms "economy" and "death" clash. These are the words
which were most often used in the media of the developed West when discussing the moral and ethical implications of physical
isolation and what is known as "lockdown".

"Feasibility Studies" are conceptually realized as predetermined thematic-visual representations of the artist's
the daily commute, coming home and feeling the pressure that the work never ends. Interests and focus of the artist
along this route can be broken down into four groups that are unique to the development of the feasibility study and depend on the layout of the four
components “people, places, power and processes”.

From the individual perspective of the artist, his dissatisfaction with art institutions during this time
period (2020-2024) directed him towards mere economic survival at the expense of "death" from the artistic side, in
sense of wasting time or lack of time for artistic creation.
The artist then decides to start at the very end, positing that all social interactions result
"economy and death", and trying to unwind the narrative backwards, seeks the point of personal and social functionality. In that volume
light, all paintings become feasibility studies for the artist, an interstitial emotional compromise between work and
of artistic activity, transitional life in liminal space, compromise between the life and profession of an artist "here and
there" in Germany and his homeland, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
