The manager of the Vagon Gallery and artist Isidora Branković held a lecture entitled “Bosnia and Herzegovina Art Scene” for students of the Nihon University College of Art in Japan.

This event represents a remarkable step in promoting the contemporary art scene of Bosnia and Herzegovina on an international level. The lecture provided an insight into the country's dynamic cultural and artistic scene, with a special emphasis on the Banja Luka region, young artists, their projects and the challenges they face.

The special significance of this lecture lies in the fact that it is the first written text about the art scene of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Japanese language. This opens up space for further cultural exchange and networking between the artistic communities of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Japan.

With this lecture, Galerija Vagon and Nihon University College of Art officially began their collaboration, which they plan to expand through future projects, exhibitions, and cultural exchanges. This collaboration aims to strengthen ties between artists and institutions from the two countries, creating new opportunities for dialogue and creative expression.

Vagon Gallery continues its mission of connecting the local and international art scene, while promoting innovative projects and encouraging dialogue between different cultures.
