Borjana Mrđa holds a master's degree from the Academy of Arts, University of Banja Luka, where she works as a professor of Painting and Drawing and holds the position of Vice-Dean for International Relations and Cooperation. She completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. In her own artistic practice, she deals with different types of production, use, meaning and manifestation of body image in time and space.
